Mudcan Returns and Refund Policy

We’re chill, but we still need to lay out the rules to keep things smooth. This policy is here to protect both you and us, and to avoid any unnecessary headaches.

1. Return and Refund Eligibility

– 28 Days: You’ve got 28 days from the date of purchase to return something. After that? Unfortunately, no refund or exchange.

– Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with the original packaging. If it’s been used or tampered with, we won’t be able to process your return.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and send you an email to confirm if it’s approved for a refund. If it is, we’ll process the refund and credit it to your original payment method within a few business days.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, here’s what you should do:
– Double-check your bank account.
– Contact your credit card provider—sometimes it takes a little longer to process.
– Get in touch with your bank, as delays can happen on their end.

4. Sale Items

No refunds on sale items. Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. If that’s the case, hit us up at MUDCAN@gmail.com, and we’ll sort you out.

6. Shipping Costs

– Return Shipping: You’re responsible for the cost of returning the item. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable.
– Refund Deductions: If we issue a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
– Exchanges: Shipping time for exchanges may vary depending on where you are. For valuable items, we recommend using a tracked service or getting insurance, as we can’t guarantee the safe return of items without that.

7. Shipping Times

Shipping generally takes about *14 days*, but don’t hold us to that. Sometimes it could take a bit more or less, depending on your location, customs, or other factors out of our control. Patience is key—it’s not always on us.
